A nice little package

I've received this very nice little package yesterday (on my BIRTHDAY!!!) from Jenni Bowlin Studio! I just love the tickets! Each package contains 18 tickets total - 6 of each style! They ROCK! :0)
I also love the mini label papers with scalloped edges! I placed the order on June 19 - and on June 24 th I found it in my mailbox. It was a super fast shipping all the way from the US.

I found this sketch over at Scrapsisters. The sketch is by V. Salmon. I loved it and I did a layout using the sketch.

For the layout I have used:
The background paper is an OLD DaisyD's. Tickets, buttons, scrappers floss, arrows by Heidi Swapp, Thickers for the title, green acrylic paint.
It was a bit hard to use so colorful photos, but I think the result turned out as I wanted it to.

Thank you for visiting my little corner of the web. I'll talk to you soon. :0)

Soon we are ....

... going to this!!
Every year we participate in ROSKILDE FESTIVAL! It is going to be 3 full days and nights with fun, laughter, lots of concerts, drinks and dance. Ohhh I can't wait!!

Now to the creative part!
This LO is for Tamara's sketch blog this week. The pictures shows how many apples we got from our little appletree in 2006. I baked some really yummy cakes with those apples!! :-)

Next layout is made for the cybercrop over at Scrapsisters.
It was a sketch challenge. The pictures I've used are from 2003! Old ones! But I love them. My tiny boys are feeding some goats. I love how it turned out.

Thank you very much for stopping by. I'll talk to you soon!

10 photos - 1 layout

This is my take on Tamaras sketch for this week! I had a lot of fun creating this layout.
I wanted to use photos of my oldest son, who is 10 years old. The pictures represents him when he was 1 year old, 2 years old, 3 years old etc. It's fun to see the difference and how much he changes. :-)
Backgroundpaper is Prima IOD, "Caliope Collection". The patterned paper under the photos is SassfrasLass, then I've used green acrylic paint. Felt thickers for the title, which means "the first 10 years". Journalingsticker is SassafrasLass, Rubon flowers, the big butterflies are cut from a pattened paper, the little blue butterflies are Heidi Swapp (thank you very much Marianne!!), buttons, scrappers floss, ribbon ("tough guy") and ink.
Thanks a lot for stopping by! :-)

Awesome RAK from Singapore!

Today I received a L-O-V-E-L-Y!! RAK from Wati in Singapore! I've been the Guest Designer over at Scrappin Kids and that's why I've received all these goodies! :-) Thank you very much, Wati. I love everything you sent!! ((Big Hugs)) to you and the rest of the crew at Scrappin Kids!

I received: 2 packs of thickers, 2 different awesome ribbon and 3 sheets of Prima papers "Dude Collection". The colors are so great!!!
Picture #2 shows the papers on the back-side. Also lovely colors and patterns! The 3rd pic. is a bit blurry, but it's Wati's nice note for me!

I have been scrapping lately, but I can't show any of it yet, as most of it are for challenges and one layout is my DT work for Sketches! By Tamara. It will be featured on her blog on Monday!

I hope you're enjoying the weekend. I'll talk to you very soon!

Another sketch layout...

Here's what I did for Tamara's this week! It was fun to work with her sketch and it's fun to look at all the different takes on it over at her blog!! Go and see for yourself!! And maybe try one of the sketches yourself, link to your layout in the comments section and you'll have the chance to become the GuestDesigner of the week. :-)

The pics. I've used are old, they are from the Summer of '99. I can't print new photos right now as we (STILL!!!) are waiting for the ink to come. Well, it was fun to use the old pics. though and I think the layout turned out kind of cute. :-)

Summertime

Ahhhh - it's so lovely. The sun is shining from a very blue sky. The temperatures is around 23-25 degrees celcious and it's soon weekend (I just need to go to work tonight, so when it's 9 o'clock tonight I have WEEKEND!!!).

Well, I went outside today taking a few shots of my garden. And here's a couples of photos. I just love the pink flowers!!! We have lots of them in the garden, but unfortunately the blooming is very short.

Next pic. shows our fish pond.
My DH build it 3 years ago and we love to sit there wathing the fish (they are VERY tame - as we can feed them by hand! Isn't that cool??).

I've done the fruit layout for a contest over at the scrap cat. And I was so lucky to win! (you can see my prize in the previous post). I've used som old BG paper for the background - I thought the colors were perfect for the layout.

Last but not least: My first DT work over at Tamaras. You can find the sketch (#47) over at her blog. I've used some old photos from the Summer of 2004 - where we visited Bon Bon Land - a fun place for children .. and adults .. hehe.

That's it for today! I hope you all will have a VERY nice weekend. Thanks for your visit.

Charlotte Street

This is a layout I did for a sketch challenge over at Scrap is Fun
The pic. is taken in London. My DH and I had 3 wonderful days over there in the Summer of 2005. We went for many walks in this awesome city. One of the days we saw the sign "Charlotte Street" and as my name is Charlotte I just had to have a photo of it. :-) The title means: "My street?".

*******************************************

And this is what I received in the mail yesterday. A great prize for winning af layout contest over at The Scrap Cat.
I love the little butterflies (which are Heidi Swapp) and I love all these flowers (MM) - great colors they have!! Thanks a lot Marianne, I love everything!
