2 new LOs
I am not at all a cardmaker! But yesterday we went to my nephew's 1 year birthday party and I so wanted to create a card for him ... and here's the result. An easy one with QK balloons, Junkitz paper, MM alphas, scrappers floss, Cats eye pigment brush pad, yellow Prima flower, MM brad and a white gelly roll pen. :)
Actually it was fun creating it. :) And this card i the 2nd card I have made in my whole life.
I wanted to scrap today, but I didn't know which photos to choose. By the time I saw these beautiful photos from our vacation in south of France last Summer, I wanted to make a LO with those photos.
The church on the photos can be found in a little village called Sospel. Oh my!! What a beautiful scenery. The whole town was soooo beautiful and had flowers everywhere. It is placed in between a lot of high mountains and the whole place was just breathtaking.
I want to visit again some day! :)
Just being me...
This LO is made for a challenge at Dreampapers - a Danish scrapping site. The challenge will run for some weeks and in the end we all have made a great BOM album. It's a lot of fun.
This first BOM LO is the intropage. Next challenge is to scrap the bodypart you like the most from your own body! :D ... like your hair, your hands, your legs... whatever! I look so much forward to see the different LOs for this one! :D
On the "Just being me" LO I have used black Bazzill, a piece of SassafrasLass and a piece of Scrapworks. A lot of K & Company flowers. The rubon letters for the title is Heidi Swap. The big monogram "C" is K & Company. For the white journaling I've used a Gelly Roll Sakura pen.
... creating this LO. I have used a lot of different stuff. The journalingbox is from a digital kit made by Dawn Inskip. Letterstickers are American Crafts. Again I have used foamstamps for the blue flowers and painted them with MM paint "cornflower". Butterflies are from sassafrasLass. Brads are Junkitz.
The photos shows my oldest son eating lunch a Summerday in 2003. :0)
Foamstamps are great! I haven't been using my foamstamps that often actually. Yesterday I wanted to make a LO with this photo of my oldest son who eats icecream a hot Summer day. I wanted to use my flower foamstamps and here is the result. The big flowerstamp is from a hobby store here i Denmark called Panduro. The small flowerstamp is from MM.
I used MM paint "Evergreen" and I cut with a scissor. I wanted to leave a tiny white border around the flowers as it gives a great effect. The middle of the big flowers is cut out from a Dream Street Paper. Red and blue brads. The alphabet is Thickers from American Crafts. QK heart and QK leaves and a tiny bit of Scrappers floss (Karen Foster).
The textbox is made by Dawn Inskip and is from one of her digital kits. I downloaded the kit and made a print of it. Like I said in my previous post: It's great that you can combine digi-goodies with paper-goodies!! :D
